On October 30, 2013, CCPI launched something different through our local Community Media Access Collaborative (CMAC) bringing a new kind of talk show to cable TV and the Internet.

“Paranormal Journeys” is all about those who follow their passion investigating the unknown and the road it takes them on, whether its searching the wilderness for Bigfoot, walking in the shadows hunting for ghosts, investigating Urban Legends & Myths, discovering Metaphysical Mysteries or watching the skies for UFO’s. It’s all about the Journey.

Most people associate ‘Paranormal’ with ghosts and hauntings but in fact, it encompasses everything in our universe that is unknown or has no plausible explanation, as of yet. My co-host, Montra Freitas and I will be talking to those people who research, investigate and travel throughout the country trying to unravel the mysteries of those things that are labeled paranormal. We also bring a few stories collected from the news, e-magazines, internet and social media that we think may be of interest to our viewers, some funny and some serious but all having to do with the strange, weird and unknown. We also want to showcase local investigators and highlight some of their own interesting cases as well.

Our pilot episode which aired in October, introduced co-hosts Jackie Meador, Director of Central CA Paranormal Investigators (CCPI) and Krista Erickson of Casa Del Curandero. As of June 1st, 2016, Krista relocated out of state to begin a new journey and Montra Freitas joined Jackie as the new co-host of Paranormal Journeys. Each hour long episode is aired on the last Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm (PST) with no commercial interruptions and is suitable for all ages.

The Show is taped in the CMAC studio, which is located in downtown Fresno. All the shows at CMAC are created and produced by local people in the community on a variety of topics and events in Central California. They are televised on AT&T U-verse channel 99, Comcast channel 93 and for live streaming at: URL: Want to watch a previous show? All our shows are archived on our website, or through our Facebook page, and can be watched on a computer anytime via You Tube.
